Walnut unadulterated

Walnut

The walnut is self-pollinating. The male bloom falls within the female bloom. The overlap in flowering time of both flower types is sufficient for self-pollination. The walnut tree becomes more and more fertile at a later age and gives fairly large nuts that are short and wide and have a good taste. The bowl is closed and can be easily opened by hand. The nuts are ripe when they fall from the tree and can then be picked.
