Hand pear
The Williams is a very juicy hand pear with white and strongly scented flesh. Tastes sweet, the pears turn yellow when ripe.

Self-pollinating, but more successful Conference of Triomphe de Vienne

Pruning
in the winter. Cut vertical branches (so -called lottery tickets). In the early years, horizontal bending of fruit -bearing branches is necessary.

Fertilization
In the autumn a rich gift of an organic fertilizer.
