Pink grape
The Katharina is a pink table grape with firm flesh and a good sweet to slightly sour taste. Produces long loose bunches with oval fruits. Needs a warm place for beautiful coloring of the fruits. Also suitable for a greenhouse. New shoots have a beautiful ornamental value in the summer because of their red color.

Pollination
Self-pollinating.

Prune
in June. Make sure that the plant does not naturalize and that it continues to grow nicely open. Currants are not necessary.

Fertilization
In winter, the larger the plant, the more lime the plant needs. For sour fruits, use more lime the following winter for sweeter fruits.
