Storage
A grape is best stored in the refrigerator.
The maximum storage time in the refrigerator is 7 days. You can store grapes on the fruit bowl for about 3 days. You can keep grapes longer if you leave them on the truss and do not come into contact with moisture.
Cleaning
Wash the bunch of grapes with lukewarm water and let them drain in a colander. In principle you can now pick them off the truss and eat them. Do you want to pit the grapes? Then remove them from the truss and cut the fruit in half. You can often remove the pit with a skewer. There is no harm in eating the kernel.
Nutritional
value Grapes are known as a sugar bomb, but eating grapes also has some benefits. Grapes, for example, are very rich in potassium, which is good for balancing blood pressure. Grapes also contain a lot of dietary fiber. They also contain a lot of antioxidants.
