Yellow elderberry
The Plumosa Aurea is an elderberry plant with deeply incised yellow-orange leaves with white, racemose-shaped flowers. The elderberry produces red fruits that are very healthy. They are rich in vitamins A, B and C and various minerals. The fruits cannot be eaten raw from the plant (poisonous), but are suitable for making jam, juice or wine. The blossom can be used to make healthy syrup.
