Storage
Currants are best kept in the fridge. Preferably do not place the fruits against each other, but spread them out as much as possible. You can store the berries in the refrigerator for about 3 days.

Wash the berries under the tap and drain in a colander. Remove the stems from the berries. Red currants are quite delicate, so it is advisable to clean the red currants shortly before consumption.
Consumption
