A sweet chestnut. The fruit of the sweet chestnut is a nut that contains 2-4 pieces in a husk. The fruit of the chestnut can be eaten raw, roasted or cooked. The tree can grow up to 25 meters high. Raw chestnuts have a nutty taste, if you roast or cook them they taste soft, sweet and nutty.
