Autumn First

Rubus idaeus Autumn First

Autumn raspberry
The Autumn First produces large cone-shaped autumn raspberries with an excellent sweet taste. Not susceptible to diseases.

Pollination
Self-pollinating

Pruning
If you want to be able to harvest twice a year, cut away every empty stem and leave all the new ones in. If you want one big harvest in the fall, cut all the branches 10 cm above the ground at the end of October after the plant has produced fruit.

Fertilization
Raspberries like humus-rich, slightly acidic soil and therefore require an organic fertilizer.
