Red -purple autumn apple
a sturdy red -purple hand apple with green -white flesh and a fresh sour taste. The Gloster is suitable for both pots and in the open ground.

Pollination
Self-pollinating, possibly cross-pollination with Golden Delicious or Elstar .

Pruning
Best in winter or around 1 July. Tie up the branches horizontally for the first few years. Watch out for baldness in the base. Dare to prune.

Fertilization
In the autumn a rich gift of an organic fertilizer. When the fruit is rich in the summer, do it again. Add lime moderately for sweeter fruits.
