Puff Pastry Fruit Pie
Necessities
1 tablespoon flour
4 tablespoons sugar
10 sheets of puff pastry
250 grams mascarpone
2 sachets vanilla sugar
1 vanilla pod
150 grams raspberries
150 grams blackberries
100 grams blueberries
100 grams gooseberries
1 beaten egg
Preparation method
1. Dust the counter with flour.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
3. Stack all the slices on top of each other without the plastic sheet and roll out into a large nice square piece.
4. Trim them neatly.
5. Press a square shape into the puff pastry about 1.5 cm from the edge with the back of a knife.
Do not press all the way through the dough. 6. Place baking paper on the baking tray and place the puff pastry on it.
7. Pierce the dough with a skewer or fork.
8. Brush the dough with a beaten egg.
9. Sprinkle with sugar.
10. Bake the base in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
11. Add the inside of the vanilla pod together with the vanilla sugar to the mascarpone.
12. Spread the mixture over the bottom, keeping the edge free.
13. Divide the fruit on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
