Plum Cake

Necessities

500 g plums
150 g blueberries
150 g self-raising flour
1 egg
80 g sugar
80 g butter
splash of milk
2 sachets vanilla sugar
2-3 tbsp slivered almonds

Preparation method

1. Mix the sugar, butter, self-raising flour, egg and a dash of milk well to form a shortcrust pastry.
2. Sprinkle a little flour on the counter and roll out the dough into a large round slab.
Line a greased spring or pie tin with the dough. 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
4. Wash, halve and pit the plums, put them in a bowl and mix in the washed blueberries, vanilla sugar and slivered almonds.
Then divide the fruit over the pie crust. 5. Place the cake in the middle of the oven and bake the cake for about half an hour.
