Gin tonic of red fruit

Necessities

75 grams red berries
75 grams raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar
25 ml orange juice or juice of half an orange
100 ml gin
220 ml tonic
Ice cubes

Preparation method

1. Place the redcurrants, raspberries, juice and sugar in a pan.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
3. Pass the mixture through a sieve and collect the juice.
4. Press the slush with a spatula so that you collect all the juice from the fruit.
5. Let the pan cool.
6. Place some ice cubes in the glasses and pour the juice on them.
7. Top up with the gin and tonic.
