Fruit salad with mint

Necessities

3 teaspoons sugar
200 grams blackberries
200 grams raspberries
200 grams blueberries
2 shoots balsamic vinegar
300 grams strawberries
1 cup mint

Preparation method

1. Halve the strawberries and remove their hulls.
2. Mix the strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries in a bowl.
3. Stir in the vinegar.
4. Pick the mint leaves from the sprigs.
5. Take half of the leaves and mash them together with the sugar.
6. Sprinkle it over the fruit.
7. Turn everything around.
8. Sprinkle with the rest of the mint leaves.
