Hangop-Crumble

Necessities

3 sachets vanilla sugar
cinnamon
2 pears from our own garden
2 apples from our own garden
Lemon juice
1 liter full fat yogurt
3 tablespoons cane sugar
30 grams crumbled biscuit
30 grams flour
30 grams butter
20 grams sugar
a large bowl
colander
tea towel
bowl
saucepan

Preparation method

1. Place the colander in the large bowl.
2. Place the tea towel in the colander.
3. Pour the yogurt into the tea towel.
4. Place the bowl in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
5. Scoop the yogurt out of the tea towel.
6. Stir the vanilla sugar and a little cinnamon to taste into the yogurt.
7. Cut the fruit into pieces.
8. Put them together with the lemon juice, a little cinnamon and the cane sugar in a pan.
9. Let the mixture stand over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
10. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
11. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the flour, butter and cane sugar.
12. Mix the crumb mixture with your fingertips.
13. Bake the crumb mixture in the oven for 20 minutes.
14. Remove the crumb mixture from the oven and sprinkle it on the bottom of a glass.
15. Spoon your homemade curd over it.
16. Spread a layer of fruit on top.
17. Cover again with the crumb mixture, curd and fruit.
18. Repeat until the glass is full.
19. End with fruit.
