Blueberry chicken pasta salad

Necessities

2 cups penne pasta
200 grams blueberries
2 chicken thighs
1 bag lettuce
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation method

1. Boil the pasta and drain.
2. Cut the chicken into small cubes.
3. Fry in olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Wash and cut the lettuce.
5. Cut the bell pepper and onion into small cubes.
6. Mix 2 tablespoons of blueberries, the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and some salt and pepper.
7. Add the onion, bell pepper, blueberries, pasta and chicken to the lettuce.
8. Mix in the dressing.
