Blackberry liqueur

Necessities

200 g ripe blackberries
1 bottle of grain jenever (35 ml)
150 g white sugar candy
1 cinnamon stick

Preparation method

1. Take 200 grams of freshly picked, healthy blackberries.
2. Rinse it briefly and let it drain.
3. Put the blackberries, sugar candy and cinnamon stick in a clean bottle (1.25 l) and pour over the grain jenever.
4. Close the bottle tightly and place it in a cool and dark place.
5. Let the mixture steep for about 6 weeks, then you can strain it and pour it into a nice bottle or carafe.
6. This blackberry liqueur can be stored for up to 4 months.
