Blackberry cheesecake

Necessities

175 grams of flour
½ teaspoon of salt
75 grams of butter
2 tablespoons of water
100 grams of mature Gouda cheese
2 tablespoons of parsley
200 grams of blackberries
2 eggs
10 dl of milk
Salt
Pepper to taste

Preparation method

1. Sift the flour and salt and place the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cut in the butter and rub the mixture between your fingers until smooth.
3. Then add the water and knead everything into a smooth dough.
4. Roll the dough with a rolling pin on a floured work board into a thin sheet.
5. Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with this.
6. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it into the pie crust.
7. Finely chop the parsley, mix with the blackberries and add this mixture to the pie crust.
8. Beat the eggs with the milk and some salt, pepper and nutmeg.
9. Pour the mixture into a pie crust.
10. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200º C.
