Apricot smoothie

Necessities

350 grams Apricots
1 Banana
2 Sprigs of mint
250 ml Apple juice or freshly squeezed orange juice

Preparation method

1. Pit the apricots and cut into coarse pieces.
2. Peel the bananas and cut them into coarse pieces as well.
3. Place the fruit in the freezer (1 to 2 hours).
4. Place the frozen fruit in the blender.
5. Mix until creamy.
