Apple muffins with cinnamon

Necessities

muffin tin
12 muffin cups
375 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
130 g light brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
250 ml milk
165 g butter
3 apples

Preparation method

1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
2. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the baking powder, sugar and cinnamon with a spoon.
Make a well in the middle. 3. Put the eggs with the milk in a bowl and beat them.
Then pour into the well. Then mix well. 4. Melt the butter in a pan.
Add the butter to the batter and mix everything well. 5. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and stir them into the batter.
6. Place the muffin tins in the baking tin and fill the ramekins three quarters full with the batter.
7. Place the muffins in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove them from the pan and let them cool further on a wire rack.
